Good news from the Cancer Institute NSW. The state government has announced it will invest $30 million in seven new "Translational Cancer Research Hubs" over the next decade. The program, managed by Cancer Institute NSW, will see big, resource-intensive research facilities opened in metropolitan and regional sites across the state. Each centre will commit to sharing its knowledge, resources and equipment with institutions and research partners around Australia and internationally. Hi, I want to congratulate you on your recent publication of the LifeSupport Magazine. I was diagnosed with GBM in Feb 2009, so Chris O'Brien's story has had a huge impact on me. I've had two craniotomys Mar 09 & Nov 09 and await my next MRI in August. I had to stumble through finding out a lot of the information which is now so eloquently compiled in this publication.
